Shipping & Returns Policies
We will estimate the cost of shipping for your order during the ordering process based on the items you purchased and the locations to where you are delivering. We offer Next Day, Two Day, and Standard Ground shipping options for most orders.
We ship to and within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. All orders must be sent to a physical street address only (residential or business). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We partner with major carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of our products. These partners include but are not limited to United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and United States Postal Service (USPS).
You will receive an email from Flower Power as soon as we have received and processed your order. Orders are generally filled quickly, within a few days. You will receive another email when you order actually ships out.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
